Production and Processing Timeline

Kuna Jewellery is made to order in our studio.  Your order will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.  Please note that we allow ourselves five business days for production and processing before we ship out your order.

 

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are sent in a padded envelope, and your jewellery will be carefully packed in a Kuna Jewellery box.

Domestic Shipping

Orders shipped within Denmark, have free shipping cost. Once your order is shipped it might take 1-3 business days to arrive.  

International Shipping

Orders shipped abroad Denmark, have a cost of 100 DKK.  Your order is secured and traceable during all of its route.  Once your order is shipped it might take 10-15 business days to arrive.  You will receive a confirmation email with your order’s tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Prices, International Duties and Taxes

The currency of our webshop is Danish Krone DKK.  Please note that prices do not include transaction or delivery fees.

Kuna Jewellery is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our policy offers 7 days after receiving your purchase to return or exchange your items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditions that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To fulfil the return or exchange we require a proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For both domestic and international returns, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.  We recommend shipping the order under traceable shipping. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
